How Electrician works in SkillScorer

Score

Each tradesperson in a crew is scored on the Electrician skills in the Skills Matrix: tap a cell, type a score, and it saves itself.

Compare

Rank tradespeople, compare two side by side, or compare your crews against each other to see exactly where the strengths and gaps are.

Track

Scores are kept year after year, so you can see who is improving and which Electrician skills need attention. Reports also follow each supervisor's crew.

Electrician scorecard: common questions

What skills does the Electrician scorecard include?

SkillScorer's Electrician scorecard covers 8 skills: Wiring & Installation, Fault Finding, Safety Compliance, Reading Drawings, Testing & Commissioning, Tool Proficiency, Communication and Work Quality. How are tradespeople scored in Electrician?

Every tradesperson is scored from 1 to 10 on each skill (1 = Poor, 5 = Average, 10 = Elite), one crew and year at a time. Scores autosave in the Skills Matrix, and the 18 built-in reports turn them into rankings, radar charts, skill gaps and year-on-year trends.

Which levels come with Electrician?

Electrician starts with these levels (called “Level” in the app): Apprentice Year 1, Apprentice Year 2, Apprentice Year 3, Apprentice Year 4, Tradesperson, Advanced Tradesperson, Supervisor and Master Electrician. They are just a starting point, so you can rename, reorder or replace them.

Can I change the Electrician skills and wording?

Yes. The skills, levels and labels are all editable per organisation. In trades the app talks about tradespeople, crews and supervisors, and you can change any of those words too.
