How Allied Health works in SkillScorer
Score
Each trainer in a studio is scored on the Allied Health skills in the Skills Matrix: tap a cell, type a score, and it saves itself.
Compare
Rank trainers, compare two side by side, or compare your studios against each other to see exactly where the strengths and gaps are.
Track
Scores are kept year after year, so you can see who is improving and which Allied Health skills need attention. Reports also follow each senior trainer's studio.

What skills does the Allied Health scorecard include?
SkillScorer's Allied Health scorecard covers 12 skills: Clinical Assessment, Treatment Planning, Patient Communication, Documentation, Teamwork, Professional Development, Clinical Reasoning, Goal Setting with Clients, Outcome Measures, Referral and Collaboration, Cultural Safety and Practice Management. Every trainer is scored from 1 to 10 on each skill (1 = Poor, 5 = Average, 10 = Elite), one studio and year at a time. Scores autosave in the Skills Matrix, and the 18 built-in reports turn them into rankings, radar charts, skill gaps and year-on-year trends.
Which levels come with Allied Health?
Allied Health starts with these levels (called “Certification Level” in the app): Student, Graduate, Clinician, Senior Clinician and Principal. They are just a starting point, so you can rename, reorder or replace them.
Can I change the Allied Health skills and wording?
Yes. The skills, levels and labels are all editable per organisation. In fitness & wellness the app talks about trainers, studios and senior trainers, and you can change any of those words too.
